We are hiring for the position of Client Service Associate.
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Client Service Associate to serve as the face and voice of our firm. This is a vital position within our established corporate structure, designed for a dedicated professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-standards environment.
We are seeking a proactive self-starter who will seamlessly integrate into our firm, strictly adhering to our structure of operational excellence. This is a role for a professional ready to perform from Day 1. You must possess the emotional intelligence to manage sensitive client interactions while identifying opportunities to improve intake efficiency. The successful candidate will proactively manage the flow of communication to ensure no inquiry is missed and no client is neglected, effectively maximizing the firm's conversion and retention rates while contributing directly to the firm’s bottom line through superior service and responsiveness.
Core Responsibilities
Client Intake & Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. You will conduct initial screening interviews with empathy and precision to determine eligibility, gather critical information, and schedule consultations. You are the "first impression" of the firm and a critical driver of business growth.
Communication Management: Manage high-volume incoming calls, emails, and messages. You are responsible for maintaining professional, empathetic, and clear communication with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their engagement.
Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate attorney schedules with absolute accuracy. You will manage consultation calendars, confirm appointments to minimize no-shows, and ensure the legal team’s time is protected and utilized efficiently.
Operational & CRM Management: Maintain the integrity of our client database (CRM) by entering data with zero errors. You are expected to track lead sources and status updates proactively, ensuring accurate reporting on the firm's intake metrics.
Cross-Practice Support: While the focus is Immigration, candidates with the capacity to assist in client coordination for Family, Criminal, and Personal Injury matters are regarded as a strategic asset and will be expected to leverage that experience to support the firm’s broader service capabilities.

Candidate Profile
Experience: A strict minimum of 1 year of substantive experience in high-volume customer service, sales, or legal intake is required. Experience in a law firm setting is considered a distinct advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required. You must be able to read, write, and speak professionally in both languages without hesitation.

Compensation & Benefits
Samper Law offers a compensation structure designed to reward high performers.
Salary: Competitive base salary, starting at $52,000, commensurate with experience. We are prepared to offer a compensation package that accurately reflects the market value of a top-tier candidate.
