Founder & Managing Attorney

Lidice D. Samper, Esq.

Lidice Samper is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Samper Law, a premier legal firm built on the foundational belief that every client deserves premier, uncompromising legal representation.

Cuban-born and raised in Puerto Rico, Attorney Samper emigrated to the continental United States carrying firsthand knowledge of what it means to navigate a new jurisdiction, a complex regulatory system, and a new life. That experience forged the relentless advocacy and strategic precision that now define her practice.

Attorney Samper earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. During her legal training, she honed her litigation capabilities through an internship with the Superior Court Division of the Essex District Attorney's Office, as well as complex advocacy work with Casa Myrna and Greater Boston Legal Services. That foundation protecting individuals in high-stakes, vulnerable moments remains the driving force behind the firm's uncompromising litigation standards.

From a foundational office, she has scaled Samper Law into a sophisticated, full-service firm featuring a multilingual team of attorneys and paralegals. Today, the firm commands a national footprint, serving ambitious individuals, private families, and corporate enterprises across the United States.

Outside the boardroom and the courtroom, Lidice loves her private time with her husband and multitalented daughter. She shares her home with a Jack Russell Terrier and a Newfoundland, finding her balance through travel, meditation, and building a legacy alongside her formidable team.

Gerardo Kloss

Gerardo Kloss is the Finance and Operations Executive of Samper Law, directing the financial architecture, operational scaling, and global strategy of the firm. He also serves as a highly specialized financial advisor to the corporate and private wealth practice groups.

Gerardo holds an MBA in International Business and a BBA in Sports Management Industries with a Minor in History. His career includes notable experience at HSBC and Bank of America, where he developed expertise in global banking, institutional finance, and corporate operations.

With decades of experience facilitating billion-dollar deals and complex asset management, Gerardo possesses a unique ability to bridge legal frameworks with high-level financial realities. He advises legal teams on multinational corporate structuring, due diligence, and private wealth preservation.

For enterprise founders, C-suite executives, and private family offices, Gerardo provides strategic insight that aligns legal strategies with financial objectives. By integrating his institutional financial acumen with the firm's assertive legal execution, he ensures clients receive representation that is both legally impenetrable and commercially brilliant.

Outside of work, Gerardo enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, sports, and culinary experiences.
