Lidice D. Samper, Esq.

Founder & Managing Attorney

Lidice Samper, a Cuban-born attorney who emigrated to the United States at a young age and settled in Puerto Rico, founded Samper Law with a mission to provide exceptional, personalized legal services. Her own experiences, education, and professional background inspired her to create a firm dedicated to serving clients with exceptional, professional legal services, tailored to their individual needs.

From an early age, Attorney Samper felt a calling to the law. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. During law school, she honed her skills through an internship with the Superior Court Division of the Essex District Attorney’s Office and by working with non-profit organizations like Casa Myrna and Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS), where she advocated for women and families who had experienced victimization.

Outside of her legal practice, Lidice enjoys reading, meditating, traveling, and cherishing quality time with her family and dogs.

Andreana Paz

Associate Attorney II

Andreana Paz is an Associate Attorney II who joined the firm in 2025, bringing over five years of experience as a licensed attorney. Her practice is dedicated to immigration law, with a focus on representing clients before the Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate their immigration journey.
A Florida native, Andreana has a deep-seated commitment to working with underrepresented communities. Before her career in law, she gained valuable experience at the United Nations Cambodia War Crimes Tribunal in Phnom Penh, the U.S. District Attorney's Office of Northern Ohio, and Para Puerto Rico in San Juan.
Andreana holds a B.S. in Psychology from Florida State University, an L.L.M. in Human Rights Law from Middlesex University in London, and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and kayaking.

Prarup Ghimire

Associate Attorney

Prarup Ghimire is a dedicated Junior Associate Attorney, specializing in immigration law. Prarup joined Samper Law in 2025. Driven by a passion for advocacy, he guides clients through complex legal challenges with clarity and compassion.
Originally from Nepal, Prarup brings a unique perspective and a diverse legal background, including experience in insurance defense, to his practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law in 2023, following an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Bridgeport. Prarup's strategic and well-rounded approach to legal problem-solving ensures thorough and effective counsel for his clients.
Outside of his legal work, he enjoys sewing, design, running, and video games.

Gabriel Costa

Paralegal

Gabriel Costa is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as a Paralegal at Samper Law. Since joining the firm in 2024 as a Legal Assistant, earning multiple promotions, Gabriel is known for his proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, he excels in building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
Gabriel holds advanced degrees and certifications from institutions including Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Harvard University. Gabriel is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. He brings a wealth of knowledge and is committed to clear and empathetic communication. His experience includes roles at Foley Hoag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as extensive legal practice in Brazil.
Outside of work, he enjoys meditation, photography, and visiting museums.

Constantine Hatzis

Paralegal

Constantine Hatzis is a Paralegal at Samper Law, bringing a diverse background to the legal field. A 2023 graduate of NYU with a Bachelor's in History and Philosophy, he also studied in Buenos Aires and worked as an English teacher in Japan.
In 2024, Constantine relocated to the US from Japan and joined Samper Law as a Legal Assistant, rapidly earning a promotion. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Greek, Constantine is passionate about law and plans to pursue law school. Originally from Athens, Greece, he now resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
Outside of work he enjoys cooking, practicing traditional Japanese archery (kyudo), and playing Pokémon competitively (VGC).

Daniella Chávez

Legal Assistant

Daniella Chávez is a highly motivated Legal Assistant who joined Samper Law in 2025. A native of Lowell, MA, she is proud of her Venezuelan, Ecuadorian, and Portuguese heritage.
Daniella is a 2025 graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Law and Public Policy. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she brings a strong passion for the law and a commitment to helping clients.
Outside of the office, Daniella enjoys watching fútbol, reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Simara Hupper

Customer Service Associate

Simara Hupper joined Samper Law in 2025 as a Customer Service Associate, bringing extensive experience in client relations and administrative support. With a career that spans both the U.S. and Brazil, Simara is a licensed professional with expertise in real estate sales and aesthetic services. She is fluent in Portuguese and highly proficient in English.
Prior to joining the firm, Simara built her professional experience by working as a real estate agent for a Realty Group in Massachusetts, and as a sales consultant for an Imobiliária firm in Brazil. In these roles, she assisted clients with buying and selling residential properties, conducted property tours, and built a strong portfolio of loyal clients through attentive service.
Known for her determination, organization, and dedication to clients, Simara is committed to ensuring every legal journey is as smooth and successful as possible. Her proactive approach and attention to detail are key to providing the personalized and efficient support that clients rely on.
Outside of the office, Simara enjoys staying active by going to the gym, dining out, and traveling.

Julia Cota

Receptionist

Julia Cota is the highly regarded receptionist at Samper Law, where she has provided exceptional client support since 2024. Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and cordial demeanor, Julia consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She is exceptionally organized and handles delicate situations with care and respect.
A Massachusetts notary public, originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, she now resides in Boston, MA. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she ensures clear and effective communication with all clients.
Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves traveling, camping, and exploring new places and cultures.
