This is a role for a professional ready to perform from Day 1. You must possess the ability to deliver exceptional work product while identifying opportunities to improve case efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Business & Employment-Based Immigration

Draft, prepare, and manage complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and I-140s).

Department of Labor (DOL) Compliance

Manage strict DOL processes, including LCAs, PWRs, and all phases of the PERM Labor Certification process.

Family & Humanitarian Case Management

Draft and prepare complex USCIS forms for family-based and humanitarian matters including Adjustment of Status, U-Visas, VAWA, and Naturalization.

Corporate & Individual Client Liaison

Serve as a point of contact for HR representatives, corporate stakeholders, and foreign national employees, providing clear, empathetic, and professional updates.

Legal Research & Writing

Conduct thorough research on country conditions, corporate structures, statutes, and case law. Draft support letters, declarations, affidavits, and RFE responses.

Operational Efficiency

Manage deadlines, expiration dates, calendars, and docketing with absolute accuracy.

Cross-Practice Support

While the focus is Immigration, candidates with capacity to assist in Family, Criminal, and Civil Litigation matters are regarded as strategic assets.

Candidate Profile

ExperienceMinimum 2 years substantive experience as a Paralegal in Immigration Law
EducationBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
LanguagesEnglish required; additional languages highly preferred
AttributesExtremely professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented
