Process

How We Work

  1. Discovery call with HR or legal

We learn your hiring plans, current vendors and the problems you need solved.

  2. Portfolio review

Current employees, their status and every expiration date are reviewed and flagged.

  3. Master services agreement

Fees are set by case type before work begins, so each filing can be budgeted.

  4. Onboarding and intake

Vendor setup is completed and employee intake opens in the client portal.

  5. Ongoing filings and reporting

Your account lead manages filings and sends status reports HR can act on.

  6. Annual review and budget

Each year we review the program and forecast the next year's filings and fees.
