Representing Clients Nationwide and Worldwide
At a Glance
Samper Law represents clients in all 50 states and U.S. territories, and internationally across Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Because U.S. immigration law is federal, where you live never limits who can represent you: strategy sessions, signatures, documents and case status all run online, in your language.
How remote representation works
Your matter begins with a video strategy session with an attorney, held in any of our seven languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Nepali, Urdu or Punjabi.
From there, everything runs through your secure client portal: you sign engagement documents by e-signature, upload evidence and records from any device, message your team, and follow real time case status as each filing moves forward.
Your first 72 hours with us
Within the first business day after you engage the firm, your attorney and your dedicated Client Service Associate are assigned, your portal is opened, and your fees and payment schedule are confirmed in writing.
Within 72 hours you receive a tailored document checklist, the key dates and deadlines for your case, and a clear plan for what happens next and who handles each step.
Consular cases in any country
When a visa is decided at a U.S. embassy or consulate, we prepare the application, the supporting evidence and you, wherever you are. Interview preparation is held by video in your language, and we track post specific requirements and wait times so the filing fits the consulate that will decide it.
When we meet in person
Most clients work with us entirely online. When an in person meeting is useful, we meet at our office in Woburn, Massachusetts, by appointment.
Languages matched to the regions we serve
Our languages follow our clients: Spanish for Latin America and Spain, Portuguese for Brazil and Portugal, and Hindi, Nepali, Urdu and Punjabi for South Asia, with English for every matter. Consultations, interview preparation and document review happen in the language you are most precise in.
